RCP: Monkfish Saltimbocca - easy and delicious!

by Martin Barz » Sun Jan 27, 2008 5:24 am

After I presented some sweet and meat dishes, now it is time for a fish recipy.
Here comes a variation of a classic italian dish,as Saltimbocca is normally made with thin veal cutlets. But I promise you this version
with monkfish is delicious.......

Ingredients (serves 2):
450g monkfish
8 slices parma/serrano ham
8 sage leaves
1 lime
some toothpicks
