I came across this little blog post...and found it entertaining--What do we do to the poor subsistence farmers in, say, Latin America, when we decide to eat locally?
A bit tongue in cheek, but still thought provoking.

Bummer. I guess that leaves me to wine made in (a limited area) Texas and Tito's vodka. I may as well quit drinking. Oh, wait...I already did. Now if I could just grow my own tea.
