An interesting collection of recipes.

I was trying to figure out what caramelized bacon is, and ran across 2,000 "Innkeeper Tested and Guest Approved Recipes".

We've stayed at a number of small inns and guest houses, and have been impressed with the food at a number of them. This seems to be a good source of interesting recipes.
