I am told by my friends that Olive Garden here in Redding is very popular and my observation confirms it is always very busy.
My husband goes there regularly with an elderly friend who orders one large meatball with sauce for lunch. The service is excellent and the staff pays attention. Gene seems to like the salads.
Don't you think that each Olive Garden has a restaurant manager who oversees the daily cooking, serving, etc. and that some might be better than others? As I said, I never go there, so I am speculating.
