Found on allrecipes.com ...

"This is a Greek sauce that is great for grilled or baked chicken or fish (especially salmon). It is simple to make and is usually served with the meal so that everyone can dip as much lemon oil sauce on their chicken or fish as they want."

I wholeheartedly agree ! Was great with grilled chicken ...

1/2 C Olive oil
1/4 C Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 t Dried oregano
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Black pepper

In a small jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper ... seal and shake until well blended ... can use to brush on the chicken or fish when cooking but if you do, make sure you set aside some for serving with the meal as a dipping sauce ...

Makes approximately 4 servings

Gotta try this one. This looks worth brushing the snow off the outdoor grill for.

Thanks.
