Your holiday diet

So how are you doing with calorie wars during the holidays? So far, I've been fairly reasonable with eating. I haven't gorged until almost exploding, but it's sure tempting with bowls of stuff calling, "Larry, Larry..."

On the holidays themselves (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, in the case of the USA), I will ignore any dietary restrictions.

Three individual days won't hurt anyone, if one is prudent the rest of the year.

Larry, I pretty much just partake and enjoy and don't worry too much about it. I do try to "up" my activity level a bit to counteract the effects.
One thing I will do if that leftover piece of pumpkin pie or that dressing with a little gravy on it is calling me, is I'll have it for breakfast instead of my yogurt and granola. That way, it's not really "extra" calories, just replacement calories for a breakfast I was going to have anyway.
