Dr. Weil: Organic Tomatoes are Healthier

Kind of common sense that they would be but he reasoning is explained. I'm a big fan of this guy.

I wouldn't exactly call Weil a charlatan - I think he is honestly hopeful that he can lead people to a healthier lifestyle. But since he has a financial stake in selling such people on his product line, he isn't honest about the scientific reliability of his claims.

I suspect that the tomato study isn't really about organic practices as it is about comparing sustainable, healthy agriculture against factory farming.
