Giardia works well, too. Or at least, when it kills you, they can use a smaller coffin.

I have personal experience with amoebic dysentery, and I can tell you that bugger is no slouch--lost 23 pounds inside of ten days.

I wonder who had the job of sanitizing the tape worms, and how it was done. But then, I wonder about things that aren't exactly worthy of spending time...;)
