Chicken Wing Hunt

From the August 19, 2007 Buffalo News:
Esmonde: The search for the perfect wing inspires a film
By Donn Esmonde

They left Saturday, in search of perfection. It is not perfection of the human form they seek, nor of nature. No, this is a simpler — yet, in some ways, more complicated — quest. The odyssey of the band of seekers began in Manhattan and ends Labor Day weekend in Buffalo, the mecca of the subject of their geographic and spiritual journey.

It is not a holy grail nor a lost treasure that drives them. No, what they seek is perhaps more elusive: The perfect chicken wing......

Here's a link to the film project:

What's the name of that place in Niagara Falls we went with John? Man, those were great wings.
Yes, and how many deaths will it take 'til he knows
That too many people have died?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind.

Buzzy's. They're very good, but there's a few other places I like better.

It was the best wings within a 20 minute drive of your hotel, and it was only 3 minutes.
