I love jamon serrano. Whenever I'm in Madrid, I immediately had to a Museo de Jamon to get a fix,...then I'm able to continue on...but $160 a pound with a minimum $2100 purchase price is steep even for a wine lover.....I would love however, if someone would just sell me a pound or two. :)
