Bob, I haven't seen that type either. The ones I've seen look more like the one upper right of that--essentially a perforated bowl (Jeff, is that what you use?)

That's an interesting device -- I use a vertical roaster in my oven -- but, no. My pan basically looks like a chestnut pan with holes up the sides, too.
