My favorite dressing ever is the miso salad dressing they serve at Sushi joints. Last week I ordered three salads (they're small) and no sushi for lunch just for the dressing. They looked at me like I was nuts.
I tried to recreate that miso dressing tonight with a store-bought bottle of concentrated miso ($5.99) and French dressing (as suggested on the label), the results weren't even close. Anyone know the secret?
