Bill, I loved your ebleskivers! Unfortunately, though, I only got one! That is, I had one chance and then off they went to Alvin's end of the table and never came back. I would happily have taken care of a few more.

There were a couple per person - I should have made that clear, sorry. Will make more next time. I think they make a good nibble with wine.
