Re Sardine Factory, my references were to 10 and 20 years ago. The restaurant itself has never been a secret, but those exquisite well-chosen Dujac village wines and others like them at below-market prices were not in huge supply, and would doubtless have sold out sooner, had people chattered away online indiscreetly about them at the time.
