Geo, that is pretty much my attitude about Tilapia. Most of my friends know me well enough that they don't order it when we are eating out together, and they don't cook it and serve it to me. But everyone eats Tilapia, everyone but me and my wife (she got to know Minnie as well) and I don't propose to have a crusade about it. They are probably delicious.

Eh. Tilapia is pretty boring. That's why you see so many preps for it. :)

IMHO tilapia is an almost flavorless fish. That is what the general public prefers.

I probably can't get in on Saturday but it looks really interesting.
