Pooh--no new asparagus sprouts. Holding at 3 for 10. :(

And I at home, slender young green asparagus from my local greengrocer (who will surely go to hell for the prices he charges) as vorspeise (in this case pre-dinner appetizers), the tips covered with a gentle Hollandaise. How they were grown is not known. Nor do I give a hoot, for they were delicious!!!!!
