The guy I spoke to when I called the Seattle store didn't know which variety he had but offered to find out. He came back with: Big Jim. The chiles, which I picked up Sunday, certainly look like the Jimmies but I'm wondering because the cartons have three levels on the box, Mild, Medium and Hot, and Hot is checked in both cases where I believe Big Jims are categorically mediums, aren't they?
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
