Salad with your Pizza?

I'm tempted to get my act together and actually make a wood-fired oven for pizza and bread. I have some plans and some cement blocks.

Definitely in our plans whenever we are actually settled somewhere for a couple years. The place we're in now would be great for it, if we stay here.

This'll probably sound weird, but I love cottage cheese with pizza. I find the temperature and textural juxtaposition appealing.
