Tonight we are having Chicken Diable....chicken pieces roasted in the oven in a mixture of honey, butter, curry, mustard and salt. It is cooked, basted and turned a few times until the chicken caramelizes from the sauce. I'm roasting a few cut lemons in the sauce to caramelize, as well. Two sides, Baked, stuffed Potatoes Florentine and carrots, with Brussels Sprouts roasted in EVOO and herbs.

Roast pork with a fennel, garlic and thyme rub. My youngest son's favourite!
