Usual weekday breakfast - pot of coffee and a couple of poached eggs. I know, boring....

Sounds like we're eating out of the same fridge, Doug. That's a frequent combo here, only with vanilla yogurt.

(Sometimes I add some granola and/or a handful of walnuts)

But I never do that ...

Today was boiled turkey neck and guts along with some raw conrbread batter, coffee on the side ... making a Thanksgiving Eve dinner because all the important people I know have to work tomorrrow. (I'm saving the broth for lunch or use in the dressing. That's a mood thing.)
And now what?

You eat eggs every day, right? Are you happy with store-bought or do you get fresh farm eggs (can't picture a roadside egg stand in West Van, but I have to ask.)
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

Nope, no farm stands in West Van, but we can get supposedly super fresh 'farm' eggs at the local stores - tried them and didn't find enough difference to be bothered.

My new favorite coffee is the Peet's Major Dickason's blend. Have you had that one?

Yes, and I do not care for it. They discontinued the Sierra Dorada blend which was my favorite.

I wondered what happened to that other pint of blueberries!

If God didn't want me to eat animals, why did He make them out of meat?
