How was your Trick or Treating turnout?

Two little tots came with mom and dad when we were unloading the car and getting the dog out of his seat belt after a day trip. We don't do Halloween and haven't for about ten years. We live in a mixed neighborhood of children, teens, but our corner is all retired folks, like us, who sometimes do it and sometimes not. We are the always "not". It was very quiet on our street, it was also pouring. The nice thing is that we when went on our walk the next day, there were no pumpkins smashed on the streets, and we had very little garbage to pick up that morning. Sometimes we fill a bag with coke cans, and half eaten food from McD's. You would think the kids who live in nicer areas would have better manners, but they don't!

We had about 115 kids & no incidents at all. It's usually like that when Halloween falls on a weekend night. When it's mid-week we get about 75-80 kids.
