Carl, I admit to loving cauliflower, but only if it is done my way. Take a head of cauliflower, and steam it to an al dente stage. while that is happening, put a stick of butter in a skillet and brown it to a medium dark brown, but not burnt. When the cauliflower is done to the correct stage, use a fork and tear the florets into bite size pieces. Sprinkle the florets heavily with Italian seasoned bread crumbs, and then pour the browned butter over the florets. If you try this, and don't like it, then I will declare you a confirmed cauliflower hater. I could eat a really big serving of it RIGHT NOW !
