Thanks John for the tips! Recently, I have been using the ready to bake lasagna sheets with seem to help with some of the soupiness too. Also, letting it cool helps too. But I never thought about assembling it the day before. That's a great idea, I will definitely do that next time. When you put it back in the oven to warm before serving, do you uncover it?

I will certainly be making the ricotta lasagna again, since my daughter loves it and so do friends. I would be happy to make it for you as well! :D

Made this a couple of days ago with a couple of slight variations (didn't use ground pork, just more veal instead plus some more tomato) - came out beautifully. Thanks Jenise!
