Amount Measure Ingredient
------------ ------------ --------------------------------
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter -- softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 1/2 cups flour
2 cups miniature marshmallows
6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
2 oz white chocolate
1 tablespoon crisco
Preheat oven to 375 F. In a large bowl, blend sugars, butters, vanilla and egg. Blend well. Measure flour and stir in. Press dough evenly in 12 or 14-inch pizza pan forming ring along edge. Bake for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Bake for 5 to 8 more minutes, until lightly browned and puffy. Decorate with cashews, pecans, halved gumdrops, flaked coconut, M&Ms, candy bits, ect. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and crisco.
That's the recipe as written in the book. I replace the white chocolate & crisco with Wilton Confectionary Coating (available at Wal-Mart.) I also skip the decorations listed & pick up the red ones and put them on upside down just as it comes out of the oven for pepperoni.
It will make your teeth hurt from sugar but is good. It works well in the disposable pizza pans to send it to school or take it to work for a treat.
