I started with the Covenant Blue Viognier 2017. I enjoyed it's viscosity and mix of summer fruit: apricot and peach, even if it comes across somewhat flabby, perhaps it's just baby fat that it'll soon shed. I then moved on to the Hagafen Cabernet Franc 2012, a wine that is currently showing its green and earthy side, with an abundance of pepper, foliage and tilled earth.
