Favorite restaurants in Israel

We are new to this discussion group. Having visited Israel for many years and now having a home in Hashmonaim, we love to discover new and interesting kosher places to eat in the country.

We have a number of favorite Israeli restaurants.

They include Roberg in Livnim (near Tiberias), Makom B'Sejera (just south of Tzomet Golani), Tokopaya (in Nes Tziona), Bechatzer (Jerusalem), Arnold's (near Nahariya) and Etnika (Herzliya).

We would love to see a list of favorites of others who are on this forum.

Jerusalem:

- La Régence at King David Hotel

- Scala at David Citadel Hotel

- Canela

- Moïse

- Angelica

- Maalot

- La Guta

- Rooftop at Mamilla Hotel: Good food, incredible views but very inconsistent service.

I'd recommend Gabriel as well if you are Lamehadrin kashrut-wise.


Tel Aviv:

- 2C on the 49th floor of Azrieli mall

- Le Relais Jaffa

- Meatos

- Liliyot

- Goshen
