I know of none but that doesn't mean that there are none. The appellation rules lay down which grape varieties may be used but, unlike outside Bordeaux, my cursory search has not come up with anything laying down maxima or minima for any one variety.

This reminds me that I have heard, maybe during a visit to the estate, that Château Lafite-Rothschild 1994 was almost 100% Cabernet-Sauvignon. Who's going to taste it for us?
