Interesting! I could do that! But, why is every cuisine today throwing a half cooked egg on top of everything?!. Ugh!

Here here!!! 100% agreement.

I also have a hard time swallowing the proposition that sprinkling brown sugar on mushrooms makes them 'bacon', but that's another problem--after all, it was a mushroom contest.

I watched but a lot of it wasn't all that riveting. Agree about the sugared mushroom!
