Containing sea salt, black pepper, coriander, mustard seed, garlic, onion, oregano, thyme seaweed, chili, chives, bay leaves and corn flowers it is quite interesting and has come in handy to add another layer of flavor to just about everything when I'm in a pinch to enhance a dish. I never use iodized salt so I think this is "good for me" besides being downright delicious.
