Thanks for the note. I was very impressed with this also when I tasted it recently. I also rather liked the other Bonny Doon desserts on show, Bouteille Call and Vin de Glacière, but this did steal the show!

I've always thought it ironic that a dessert like this will appeal to me, but a table wine with such an amount of extract I will find repellant!
