WTN: 2005 Domaine Carneros Brut

A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, this bubbly emits a yeasty aroma with hints of lemon. A bit shy when too cold, it warms up to provide lemon zest and tart apple flavors, with balanced acidity and a nice clean finish. It was very good paired with lightly salted, unbuttered popcorn.

If God didn't want me to eat animals, why did He make them out of meat?
