3 oz. pour after dinner at F. Scott's in Nashville, TN. Dim lighting but the color looked more dark crimson than tawny or amber. Raisins, prunes and plums with some nutmeat. Alcoholic heat only noticeable on the finish after swishing around the palate. Does invite repetitive sips. I still prefer the Cockburn Tawnies which seem to be vinified in a dryer style but this was good.
