WTN: '03 Tobin James Fatboy Zinfandel

Funny we should be popping this right after the discussion on high alcohol. Like I said on that thread, so long as it is in balance!

2003 Tobin James, Fatboy, Zindandel, Paso Robles. Alcohol level: 16%! Fat, big, bold, in your face, and overwhelming. Still, we both loved it. It was not only huge, but remarkably well balanced. We did not notice the alcohol till early bed, but no heat at all.

Matched it with sirloin steak sauteed in EVOO and Morton rub, Bordeaux rolls, and salad.
