This enjoyable article focuses on Pennsylvania's Chaddsford Winery - a winery from which I've tried a number of wines, not the least of which were a Chambourcin and Niagara. I haven't tried any of the vinifera varietals or blends mentioned, but hopefully one day I will be able to. In any case, Chaddsford makes what I believe must be one of the most admirable examples of fine Niagara today - a solid counterpoint to the "cream Concords" and other syrupy industrial concoctions that for so many decades have sullied the image of our native heirloom grapes.
