2006 Longboard Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc Russian River Valley California. 13.2% alcohol. Around $20; Brad Kane brought this delightful wine to an offline recently.

Pale yellow color, clear hue, very pretty grapefruit, peach and floral aromas, very good apple and pear tastes with firm acidity, excellent balance between the fruit and acid, medium long finish. Worked beautifully with a simple garden salad with good olive oil. 4*.

Notes:

Label: Howzit Brah, This wine reflects the fusion of two passion: surfing and crafting great wines. Juast as no two waves are the same, so should great wines reflect the individuality of the place and people that crafted them. Stay loose, trust your own palate, get wet often and spend more time surfing ans sharing life with friends and family and less time reading the back copy of wine bottles. Mahalo! The Longboard Bro's Oded, Bruce and Robert.
