WTN: 2004 Schoenheitz Riesling Herrenreben

2004 Schoenheitz Riesling Herrenreben (Alsace) This wine opens with fairly tame aromas of mango and grapefruit. But the palate is an impenetrable wall of granite that the significant blasts of white grapefruit flavor and acidity can't breach. The lengthy (and yummy) finish carries waves of the granite and grapefruit with a sprinkle of sea salt.

Seems to me to have a structure for aging but I have no experience with this domaine.
