[Okay, okay. Some grapefruit and lime. Some green grass. Entry not too bad, but it just disappears. Hollow on the middle, dead on the finish. When my wife turns her nose up at SB, it's going to be mediocre. A non-starter. Glad I ordered a glass instead of a bottle.
Went with a Laroche Chablis 2004. Not the greatest Chablis ever, but not bad. Clean, crisp, minerally, tight lemon acidity. Went great with the sushi-ish menu at Shiso in Sonoma. Screwcap, too!]
