The forecast for Auckland today is for rain and 100kph winds this afternoon. Queenstown in the South Island is cut off from the outside world, and the Central Otago vineyards are covered in the white stuff.

White stuff? You have cottonwood trees going to seed in NZ? That's the only white stuff we see in Phoenix.
