2005 Zimmermann Kremser Gebling Kremstal Grüner Veltliner Trocken (Kremstal, Niederösterreich, Austria) 13% – appears medium gold, super reflective oily, smell wonderful lime and apple, obvious and fun nose, quite dense, light spicy weeds which are super-enticing, with air, explosion of fruit spice on nose, mouthfeel thick, almost bit oily, but incredibly easy to drink, slides right in, taste soft butter, soft background fruit, rocking lime with incredibly savory center, spice dots tongue, amazing finish of mineral and peach pit, lingering spice and bitterness which is quite nice, fun, very, very drinkable wine—notable both for its drinkability and the way different elements of the wine play off of each other—texture, spice, flavor, alas the pittance I left for day 2 had lost the brilliance it had on day 1
