Naples, FL reccos, please?

I'd be grateful for wining and dining reccos in Naples, Florida. Maybe one casual, one fancier, preferably not Asian or Latin American (although Carib/Floridian would be fine). A wine bar would be a bonus! Any thoughts on Au Paradis or an Italian place on S. Fifth whose name I can't recall? Thanks!

Even though we are overly fond of the wine, the restaurant is Chardonnay.
