DOC Ribatejo.

From Quinta da Alorna.

A blend of Arinto and Fernao Pines.

A very spicy nose with pear and red grapefruit.

Tangy, fleshy and juicy red grapefruit, peach, tangerine, very spicy, somewhat sweet. Refreshing and delicious.

Had enough backbone and depth to match quite nicely with spicy chicken.

Without really meaning to, I find that I am frequently turning to whites and reds from Portugal for affordable and highly enjoyable wines.

Great QPR at $11.95 (Canadian).
