Capital Grille has a great reputation in Chicago. Also one of the most extensive wine lists I've ever seen. They have one in downtown Chicago and I think two suburban locations.

I agree with Toni. The Capital Grille has an excellent wine list and good steaks. The Chophouse is very good also. I think the best steaks are at Lawry's, but the wine list isn't so hot.
