2005 Domaine de l'Oratoire St.-Martin, Réserve des Seigneurs, Côtes du Rhône-Villages, Cairanne, France, $20. This one is wound tighter than a seven-day clock right now. I think the substance is there, but it is pretty unyielding at the moment. I gave it two hours in the glass with no change. I'll look at it tomorrow.

Indeed I have. For $15 the 2005 Domaine de la Mordorée "La Dame Rousse" Lirac is hard to beat. I know K&L and Brown Derby have it for that price.
