Red violet color. Roast coffee on the nose. Sweet-sour cherry flavor with undertones of dried fruits and herbs. Dry and savory wine with good acid structure making it very food friendly. High alcohol at 15.5% but the wine is so balanced it doesn't really show. There is the barest suggestion of oak in th nose but it is very well integrated in the palate. Medium-bodied. Definitely not your typical Oz fruit-bomb. Very young but already great for drinking now. Outstanding.
