I came across this and thought you all might find it interesting, especially after the recent "rating" of Robert Parker.

I have to say that I did enjoy a couple of Thunevin's less famous wines. Clos Badon Thunevin is a delicious $30 merlot!

It would be nice to think the concept would fade away. it's kind of a contradiction anyway, isn’t it? Wines made in garages for millionaires who blindly follow somebody’s opinion about what is supposed to be great. It’s like some drugged out hippie, whose ears have been blown out from decades of high decibels, rating music on the basis of anything over 120 decibels being good; and followers turning up the volume to comply.
