I've long been a fan of Cauhapés sweet wines (and Jurançon in general), so it came as no surprise that I love this one too. 100% Gros Manseng. Dry enough to remove the paint off your car. Exhilarating lime and grapefruit flavors, enough freshly cut Kentucky blue grass to satiate the most ardent NZ Sauvignon fan and enough acidity to rival bleach. Wonderfully refreshing and great value to boot. 13,5% alc. $23
