I just purchased a 2000 Baroli Barolo ($35.00). Should I cellar this and if so for how long? 8)

All depends how you like your baroli. 2000 was a pretty ripe vintage and never really shut down. So if you like lush fruit, then pop it open, maybe decant for a few hours, and it should be pretty tasty.
I havent had any of Silvano Baroli's wines so I really can't comment on the ageability of this particular wine but the few reviews I've read suggest that the 2000 can age for 10+ yrs.

Welcome to the board, Heather.

Welcome to this board Heather. Bill is one of our resident experts, likes to sapp his rubber duckies as he sips Italian treats in his outside pool!
