Bendingo.

Dark red color in the glass.

Chocolate, smoke, vanilla extract on the spicy nose with some vegginess thrown into the mix, just to keep things interesting.

Rather tangy, but still rich, round and smooth in the mouth, black cherry, vanilla, spicy and peppery and the vegginess (beets, I think).

Mouthwatering finish.
