Kendall Jackson is mass produced, generic quality. The merlot is not for a refined palate accustomed to Right Bank Bordeaux.

This wine is released ready to drink and it will not age. It is probably close to expired. Open soon.

From the K-J website, this is their second level of four levels, but they don't have a Merlot in their top level wines. It has won some awards. Post a WTN when you can.
Chico - Hey! This Bottle is empty!
Groucho - That's because it's dry Champagne.
