WTN: 2022 Steinmetz Rosengärtchen VdT

2022 Weingut Günther Steinmetz Neumagener Rosengärtchen Riesling Von den Terrassen - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (9/12/2026)
I expected this to be good, but not that good! Vibrant floral and crisp fruit aromatics were flying out of the glass. The palate was perfectly balanced Feinherb style. Each sip demanded the next. What really pulled me in was the aromas. The intensity and the complexity kept increasing, as petrichor and saline seaside elements joined the chorus alongside the floral and fruit. Dazzling wine.

I really like Steinmetz, but don't see a lot.
And feinherb is a sweet spot -well, semi sweet spot

Lyle Fass sells quite a few of Steinmetz's wines, if you want to go that direction.

Flatiron sells a bunch. Bowler is a Steinmetz importer so they should get around a bit.

I've bought Steinmetz from Grapes, Flatiron, and I think CSW.,
Lyle is an entertaining read but haven't bought in many years.
